Description du poste:
Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de la logistique, le manutentionnaire avec habiletés en mécanique exécute les fonctions relatives au travail d'entrepôt qui peuvent inclure charger, cueillir, emballer, expédier, recevoir, conduire un chariot élévateur et faire l’inventaire cyclique. Il est aussi responsable de fournir un soutien technique ainsi qu’un soutien à l'entretien pour les différents aspects relatifs au système automatisé d’emballage durant les horaires de base de la production.

Responsabilités:

- Exécuter des fonctions relatives au travail d'entrepôt, qui peuvent inclure charger, cueillir, emballer, expédier, recevoir, conduire un chariot élévateur et faire l’inventaire cyclique
- Exécuter les tâches selon les directives du contrat
- Responsable de la cueillette et l'emballage des produits avec précision, de la mise en place des produits, du chargement et déchargement des camions
- Fournir un soutien technique ainsi qu’un soutien à l'entretien pour les différents aspects relatifs au système automatisé d’emballage durant les horaires de base de la production
- Doit être en mesure d’administrer certains documents administratifs quotidiens d’entrepôt (feuille de cueillette, bordereaux de livraison, etc.)

Responsabilités Supplémentaires:

- Doit être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible sur les différents quarts de travail
- Exécute d'autres fonctions telles qu'assignées

Exigences:

- Diplôme général d'études secondaires (Exigé)
- 3 ans ou d’expérience dans un entrepôt au rythme soutenu (Exigé)
- 1 an ou d’expérience dans la conduite de chariots élévateurs (Exigé)
- 3 ans ou d'expérience dans le dépannage de systèmes automatisés (Exigé)
- 3 ans ou d'expérience en mécanique ou électricité (Exigé)
- 3 ans ou d'expérience avec un système automatisé de ceuillette et d'emballage (Exigé)
- 3 ans ou d'expérience dans l’utilisation d’un terminal mobile (Exigé)
- Fortes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite. (Exigé)
- Capacité de travailler indépendamment et en équipe. Capacité de bien travailler en équipe dans un environnement diversifié (Exigé)
- Très rigoureux et fiable. Bonne ponctualité et bon dossier de présence (Exigé)
- Possibilité de créer et de maintenir des relations professionnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation (pairs, groupes de travail, clients, superviseurs). (Exigé)
- Souplesse pour fonctionner et être autonome dans un environnement au rythme soutenu.. Capacité de travailler sous pression (Exigé)
- Capable de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois, très organisé et excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps. (Exigé)
- Détail orienté avec d'excellentes pratiques de suivi (Exigé)
- Habileté pour diagnostiquer les problèmes éventuels en cas de bris ou de situation d’urgence (Exigé)
- Démontre des aptitudes analytiques. Bonnes aptitudes pour l’analyse et le dépannage (Exigé)
- Doit travailler en utilisant des méthodes de travail saine et sécuritaire. Doit avoir la sécurité en priorité. (Exigé)
- Travaille de façon autonomme avec un minimum de supervision. (Exigé)
- Familier avec un système de gestion d'entrepôt automatisé (Intermédiaire level, Exigé)
- Connaissance et expérience dans l’utilisation le la Suite MS Office (Intermédiaire level, Exigé)
- Connaissances des principes fondamentaux de l’électricité et de l’électronique ainsi que de la mécanique et de la robotique (Avancé level, Exigé)
- Certification valide d'opérateur de chariot élévateur (À la location, Exigé)

**Summary**

Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.

**Essential Functions**
- Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
- Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
- Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
- Some locations may require a Motor Vehicles Records (MVR) check as a part of the background screening process to drive a company vehicle as needed.
