**About Us**

Stemming from the amalgamation of two long standing organizations in 2020, St. Leonard’s Community Support, Prevention and Residential Services (SLCSPRS) continues to provide a broad spectrum of care from prevention to intervention within Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Our staff work to support youth development to help them grow into the best versions of themselves. Our key programs include Youthreach, Extrajudicial Measures, Extrajudicial Sanctions, Youth Justice Committee, Attendance Centre, Reintegration Support, and Detention and Custody (males aged 12-17 years).

- Maintain client files: manage the storage, disclosure and destruction of confidential client material and records.
- Report any serious occurrence.
- Liaise with youth’s parents/guardians, community agencies and referring agent as needed, and to advocate for the youth.

**Qualifications**
