The position that we are hiring for is Saturday and Sunday day shift from 7am to 3pm. This is a commitment of every weekend.
English as 1st spoken and written is required for this position.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
