Kitchener, Canada Fidelity Property Management Ltd. Full time

Kitchener commercial building seeks a full-time, Qualified Superintendent or Skilled Trades person to join the team. (Non live-in position)
- Duties include but not limited to:

- General upkeep of property
- Maintenance skills
- Serving and retrieving documents to tenants in the building
- Rent collection.
- Overseeing contractors and building renovations

Minor Repairs, such as:
Light Plumbing
Flooring Installation
Minor Electrical
Drywall repair
General Carpentry

Police background check will be required if selected for an interview.

Drivers License mandatory.

Locations are: 842 Victoria Street North and 871 Victoria Street North, Kitchener, ON

**Salary**: Starting at $42,000.00 per year
