Through owning our Intune, making customer-centric improvements and providing guidance to the team, you will play a major role in the continuous improvement that we are always going through.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily operations and take ownership of mobile device management (MDM) environment, configuring Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM for end-user workstations and production servers in a hybrid environment.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security team to oversee the administration of endpoint compliance security products.
- Maintain a robust patching process and workflow for all endpoints.
- Develop and maintain endpoint operating system infrastructure and perform day-to-day tune-up and maintenance.
- Manage various components of Intune, SCCM, and active directory (AD) and Azure AD

You’re good at
- Managing daily operations and taking ownership of MDM environment, configuring Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM for end-user workstations and production servers in a hybrid environment.
- Guiding the rest of the team in all things related to End-Point Management
- Continuous improvement projects including Intune architecture and Proofpoint

You Have
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and security.
- 5+ years of experience with device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Proficiency in working with cloud environments, specifically Azure
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and group policy
- Intermediate level networking skills, knowledgeable about certificates, firewall, switches, access points, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
