**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and arts and crafts.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks to promote learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them navigate their feelings and social interactions.
- Ensure the safety of children at all times, adhering to established guidelines for supervision.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is required.
- A background in education or child development is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
