**Job Description**:
As an Audit Manager II, you’ll support the oversight of our Road to Strong (RTS) program to manage delivery risk and drive timely completion of all deliverables and associated reporting both internal and external to Audit.

You’re already well-seasoned for delivering audit analysis, standard reporting and leading meaningful change. You’re coming to the table fully knowledgeable about the financial industry landscape and current market trends, and, here at TD, you’d be putting that insight into action.
- Lead delivery of RTS program reporting for Audit senior management, and regulators.
- Support Reporting Manager and AVP in driving program strategy, suggesting solutions to navigate through complexity and exercise ongoing program oversight through effective stakeholder management.
- Organize and lead RTS Program update meetings with Chief Auditors and Audit Senior Management Group as needed.
- Maintain centralized tracking of all RTS deliverables, including timely escalation of deliverables at-risk of meeting planned completion dates.
- Confidently and clearly communicate with Audit senior management and develop great working relationships with Audit teams.
- Identify and escalate program risks, including supporting the development of a mitigation plan with timelines and accountabilities.
- Facilitate timely submission of completed deliverables to Chief Auditors for review. Coordinate with Audit Teams to address Chief Auditor feedback through completion, tracking approvals and completed artifacts.
- Support coordination of activities related to Enterprise Road to Strong program.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics Team to evolve centralized tracking and reporting processes through automation.
- Keep current on emerging trends and evolving regulatory requirements to find opportunities and recommend improvement areas to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Build positive, diverse, and open work environment by continually improving the efficiency, sharing deep knowledge and skills, and encouraging the team to deliver results.

Job Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience with undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, accounting designations, or equivalent education.
- Advanced knowledge of business processes and operations, risk, change and project methodologies, organizational practices and business transformation.
- A strong team leader who can negotiate and influence key partners including employees.
- Aptitude in exercising sound judgment while making decisions and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Deep knowledge of specialist auditing and integration of cross functional processes to undertake and complete a variety of audit projects and initiatives.
