**Résumé des fonctions**
Le titulaire du poste supervise de nombreuses activités quotidiennes pour un compte, un service ou une station d’opération d’entrepôt. Le titulaire du poste s’assure que les objectifs de rendement sont atteints, maintient l’exactitude des stocks, adhère aux normes de qualité et gère efficacement le personnel. Le titulaire du poste supervise les employés responsables des activités de flux entrant, de contrôle des stocks et de flux sortant. Le titulaire du poste gère l’efficacité opérationnelle et veille à l’achèvement des travaux dans un domaine opérationnel.

**Responsabilités**:

- S’assurer que les marchandises entrent et sortent de l’entrepôt de manière adéquate.
- Prévoir et assigner le travail aux employés pour faire en sorte que les marchandises des commandes soient ramassées, emballées et expédiées efficacement.
- S’assurer que les marchandises retournées fassent l’objet d’une vérification et qu’elles soient entreposées.
- Faire les recherches nécessaires pour résoudre toute irrégularité.
- Tenir à jour les feuilles de présence des employés.
- S’assurer que les normes d’emploi sont bien respectées.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’efficacité des activités de l’entrepôt et superviser le nettoyage et l’entretien de celui-ci (c.à-d. veiller à ce que soient accomplies normalement les tâches ayant trait à la sécurité, à l’entretien des machines, à la disposition, à l’entreposage des marchandises et au contrôle des stocks et de l’équipement).

**Compétences requises**:

- Connaissance des règles de santé et sécurité et des processus d’indemnisation des travailleurs
- Diplôme d’études secondaires - Obligatoire
- Minimum d’un à deux ans d’expérience liée à l’entrepôt
- Expérience en supervision, ou combinaison équivalente d’études, d’expérience et de formation, un atout
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de résolution de problèmes, de gestion du temps et de communication verbale et écrite
- Fortement axé sur le service à la clientèle
- Bonnes compétences informatiques et expérience dans un environnement de technologie basée sur l’utilisation de fréquences radio
- Connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
- Capacité à s’exprimer couramment en anglais
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent international - Préférable
