Your Contribution as an **Inside Sales and Application Specialist**:
The role as **Inside Sales and Application Specialist**, provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of creating new business opportunities. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales and service strategy of the organization and will be a critical asset in setting the tone for every solution we develop for our customers. Furthermore, you will be involved from the beginning to the end of the sales process, gaining valuable perspectives for future developments and building long-term customer relationships.

Every customer project starts with a conceptional idea to assist companies to improve their processes and increase productivity. Your primary function will be to source out new business and engage with potential customers and stakeholders presenting our automation solutions to meet their needs. Upon any sales opportunity you will work with our design team and our CEO to evaluate the project specifications and assess the fit of KONNEXIO’s pre-engineered building blocks for the project. You will ensure all aspects of the design are intact before presenting, demonstrating, and providing any written proposals to our customers. A large part of KONNEXIO’s success is the pre-development of automation and robotics sub-systems that will be used on customer projects once completely developed and tested.

As an Inside Sales and Application Specialist, you will promote Konnexio’s automation solutions to a targeted market and promote the benefits and value to introducing our automation solutions to their process.

In order to optimize the company’s growth initiatives, you will need to stay current with technology, while collaborating with our design team in specifying, selecting, and implementing new systems, tools, and operating standards to support the customers needs.

Your qualifications as an **Inside Sales and Application Specialist**:

- Bachelor’s degree is considered in an asset.
- At least 3 years of work experience in sales in the automation or robotics industry is preferred.
- An ongoing willingness to understand our product, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, team members, and potential customers.
- Talent to sustain momentum in the lead generation process and successfully overcome setbacks and disappointments.
- Competence to manage diverse activities with on-going re-prioritization and focus.
- A positive and growth minded attitude towards your work, your projects, and all stakeholders with whom you are collaborating.
- Possess the knack to listen and respond to a customer in a manner that improves mutual understanding.
- Set lead generation and qualification targets, and accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs.
- A talent for explaining technical details in comprehensible terms.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
