Architectural Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Assist in building, fabricating and modifying drawings and details
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD Architecture and Office products for design tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to create detailed drawings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Organize and maintain project documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and Office products
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strength in mathematics is preferred
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Customer service skills to address client needs
