Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
- Prepare prescription orders by counting tablets and labeling bottles
- Maintain patient profiles and records of medications
- Process insurance claims and handle billing issues
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Stock and organize inventory of medications and supplies
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Pharmacy technician certification or relevant experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications to patients. Your attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to provide excellent patient care will contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy operations.
