**Requirements**:

- Own transportation for reaching job sites.
- Possession of a complete set of tools necessary for the job, including those for drywall, painting, and tile work.
- Demonstrated experience in drywall repair, painting, and tile repair and installation.
- Strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
