Production Packer

**Responsibilities and Requirements - Packer/Boxer**
- Pack pails of bouquets into boxes as they are made
- Ensure each label corresponds correctly to the product that is inside
- Pack product on skids and bring the completed skids into the correct packing area
- Maintain a clean and clear workspace
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking and ability to be on your feet all day lifting pails and boxes
- Work Schedule: Start at 8:00am until around 4:00pm/5:00pm (or until the work is complete), Monday through Friday

In order to allow for proper ergonomic rotation, this role includes alternating between packing production and working on our production line.

**Responsibilities and Requirements - Production Line**
- Making market bunches according to set standards (training will be provided), placing product on the production line
- Working efficiently and must have the ability to work quickly with your hands
- Ensuring quality of product being used
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Sweeping, cleaning under table, disinfecting work station, etc.

Wage increases with time, performance and experience but starts at $16.00 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Fenwick, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
