Prepares orders by picking products from shelves based on the pick slip information, prioritizing orders accordingly and verifying that part numbers and quantities of the picked product match those on pick slips.
- Packs and organizes boxes for shipment, verifies for accuracy and follows any special instructions. Enters order and shipping information into the system and affixes shipping labels and packing slips to packages. Packs boxes into pallets and confirms orders when they are ready to be shipped by entering order information into the system.
- Loads/unloads trucks, moves pallets and loads products onto pallets using a forklift and by hand. Performs a daily inspection of the forklift and basic maintenance.
- Counts the number of units in inventory for part numbers listed, investigates discrepancies between expected and actual quantities, adjust the number of units in inventory when a discrepancy cannot be resolved, notifies the supervisor accordingly and enters the final count into the system. Conducts inventory transfers and receives parts within the system.
- Places inventory received into the proper warehouse locations. Based on the quantities of the items already available, determine if inventory should go into stock or overstock, ensuring that oldest items are available to be picked and obtains approval prior to moving items into stock.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by cleaning the shipping and receiving floor, emptying trash, preparing and moving empty boxes for trash and setting all trash out for pickup.
- Demonstrated ability to safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly during the work day and spend extended periods of time standing or walking.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
