**Here are some of the things you’ll be doing every day**
- Pouring over data - so you’ll need to be a master of SQL or Python and have the ability to perform **in-depth** market and product research.
- Creating actionable reports - we’re a data-driven organization, so we’ll appreciate you being a stickler for accuracy.
- Working with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Spreadsheets.
- Using your problem-solving skills to help decrease our bounce rate, increase our conversion rate, and enhance customer engagement
- Keeping a watchful eye over our security and data compliance processes - your teammates will appreciate you staying on top of this without being asked.
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics and following through on your findings - we’ll love it when you find actionable items that will help us make better decisions.

In other words - you’ll be the x-ray eyes of our company. Using your analytical know-how to help us make better business decisions than we did yesterday.
