- Have experience in a dealership cashier/admin role.
- Enjoy meeting new people and helping them with their purchase.
- Have an exceptional phone presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties such as distribute schedules for sales representatives, update telephone lists, update vehicle inventory lists, take payments for service, parts and sales, and upload payments in CDK and Excel.
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquires and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greets and assists customers arriving at the dealership.
- Reviews appointments and deliveries in CDK and One-Eighty program and maintains CRM alerts and customer maintenance.
- Maintain the appearance of the desk; cleanliness & organization of documents & files
- Participate in administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.
- Two (2) years’ experience and working knowledge of:
o Customer Service

o Cashiering

o Data Entry
- Dealership experience preferred.
