We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage high-rise residential construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Site Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Provide effective leadership to the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Manage and optimize the use of labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and milestones.
- Identify and resolve construction-related problems and conflicts, implementing effective solutions to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including reports, records, and change orders.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent on high-rise residential projects or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, as well as relevant safety and building codes/regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in construction management software, project
- scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid construction-related certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification) are preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and prolonged periods of standing.
