**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform landscape building; spreading soil, laying sod, spreading gravel, assist laying brick for driveways, patio and walkways, as well as retaining walls.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools including shovels, rakes, and pruners is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Additional Role**
- There is a transition in the position over to snow removal, with an increase to the hourly wage.
