Position Overview:
As a Product Manager Pumps you will play a pivotal role in helping our sales team drive revenue growth within our top industry accounts and spearheading the acquisition of new strategic clients. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
**Job Description**:
- Take ownership of growing revenues within top account portfolios and driving the acquisition of large new accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans, including targeting specific customer accounts, prospecting, follow-up on sales leads, and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to retain and expand business relationships with top accounts, presenting innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster strong internal relationships and effectively execute sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Utilize basic financial analysis knowledge to evaluate opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Education and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience utilizing sales and technical expertise in the industry.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong presentation and product training skills to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic financial analysis knowledge to evaluate opportunities.

- Significant travel required over 40% required.
