**Job Summary**:
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality experiences and personalized service to our guests. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate responsible for selling our Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton locations in Kelowna, BC.

**Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and energetic professional with a proven track record in hotel sales, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned area;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and travel agencies;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities;
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present findings to the management team;
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the hotel properties and generate leads;
- Stay updated on market conditions, customer preferences, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly;
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
