**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and progress reports.
- Prepare and collaborate to submit bids to potential clients in a timely manner.
- Track and review project costs to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Assist in the completion of as-built records using GPS technology to accurately document the layout and alignment of water mains and sewer systems.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project coordinator in the watermain, sewer, and road construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of civil construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and locates.
- Valid G driver's license minimum and ability to travel to various job sites within the GTA area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
