**About us**
Bester Construction is a small construction business in Lethbridge, AB and surrounding rural communities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal frames according to blueprints and specifications
- Install framing components, including studs, joists, and trusses
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all framing work
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years carpenter experience
- Own transportation. Will be changing to numerous job sites during the day
- Drivers abstract - driving company truck
- WHIMIS certificate
- Criminal Record Check - will be in residences.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials as needed. Working outdoors in cold and hot conditions.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- carpentry or carpenter: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lethbridge, AB: Relocate before starting work (required)
