We are seeking multiple **experienced **team members for the upcoming season (roughly April through December), including:

- Roller Operator
- Finish Raker
- General Labourer

**General Requirements**:

- Previous experience in asphalt paving and/or general construction
- Willing to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including repeatedly lifting 50 lbs.
- Previous health and safety training is highly regarded (Working at Heights, WHMIS, etc.)
- Promote a positive and safe work environment
- Work well within a team environment
