Jewellery Associate

Are you passionate about jewellery and ready to join a well-established, family-owned jewelry store with over 40 years of tradition?

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their jewelry selections, providing exceptional service and guidance.
- Write up jewellery repairs, including resizing, stone replacement and much more.
- Maintain an organized and appealing display of jewelry items.
- Educate customers about the craftsmanship, quality, and unique features of our jewellery pieces.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the team and maintain store cleanliness.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in jewellery repair write ups.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- A passion for fine jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Sales experience and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
