Custodian/cleaner - Evenings

**Hiring Janitorial Cleaners**

This is a cleaning position in the Town of Vegreville Alberta.
- **Start time after 5 pm.**:

- **Some positions will require weekend cleaning**

**Janitorial Responsibilities**
- Floor duties -scrubbing and waxing, stripping, carpet cleaning
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Operate other industrial equipment as required like an auto scrubber
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Clean, disinfect, and polish bathroom and kitchen fixtures
- High dusting of lights and air vents
- Other maintenance duties and required

**Requirements**:

- 1 year required
- Must be available to work in Edmonton & Area locations.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A Driver's License is required
- A vehicle (preferred)
- Must pass criminal record check. **(Police Vulnerable check and Intervention check)**:

- WHIMS certificate required. (We will help with this)
