**Job Overview**:
As our Appointment Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our customer's first impression of Lakewood Chevrolet. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to schedule and coordinate appointments for our bustling service department. You'll work closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations, while providing outstanding service to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly manner over the phone.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and other services using Dealermine CRM.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, customer information, and service history.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
**Requirements**:
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple appointments effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic vehicle maintenance concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer software and scheduling systems.
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
