**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify creative solutions to business requirements, analyse the strengths and weaknesses;
- Analyze the competition in order to make the product up to the competition global;
- Document and analyze competition, propose designs, and validate solutions aligned with customer business needs;
- Rigorously evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding;

- Assist the Product Owner at interpreting customer business needs;

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or Business Administration, Marketing or comparable areas;
- Master the complete Microsoft Office suite, Windows and MAC environment;
- Experience serving SaaS companies
- Experience working in a startup environment (asset);
- Solid experience working in Agile team to develop system, product designs based on user requirements;
- Experience in Agile philosophy, more specifically the SCRUM method (asset);
- CBAP, CABA or RBA certification (asset);
- Certificate in Business Analysis - Information Technology (Asset).
