**Job Summary**

To provide all internal/external guests and clients exceptional service at all times while ensuring the proper standards are met with regards to switchboard, check-in & check out and guest service. To complete balance sheets and ensuring the accuracy of all departments shift audits. The position is overnights 11pm - 7:30am

**Job knowledge, Skill and Ability**:

- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to remain calm and provide exceptional service at all times.
- Good working knowledge of Front Desk and Night Audit procedures.
- Ability to problem solve
- Versed in Health and Safety procedures including emergency procedures.
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests, other employees and managers.
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 dose minimum)
- Must have legal permission to work in Canada

**DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS**
- Perform balancing of cash reports and daily departmental shift audits and reconcile credit accounts.
- Trouble shoots and resolves any outstanding errors in each department.
- Compile daily financials into a Daily Revenue Report.
- Checks front office accounting records for accuracy.
- Complete the rollover process within the Property Management system.
- Ensure all reports are distributed accordingly.
- Perform as Manager On Duty.
- Responsible for the Manager on Duty float and provide additional monies to various departments with proper documentation completed.
- Ensure that errors are documented and passed to the appropriate department head.
- Closing of Batches through the credit terminals.
- Ensure all pertinent information is passed to oncoming shifts and receive from outgoing shifts.
- Responsible for cash float and proper forms to be utilized at all times.
- Proper usages of Checklists to ensure all duties are complete.
- Greeting of guests upon check-in/check out, utilize guests name and ensure proper eye contact is made.
- Observes the Front Desk operating systems and correspond any issues in a timely manor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
