**What you’ll do**:
- Develop and operationalize Affinity’s privacy framework including business procedures, privacy compliance controls, privacy impact assessments, reporting and data inventory
- Lead investigations related to privacy breaches and regulatory compliance report while developing risk mitigation plans
- Provide support, technical knowledge and expertise across the organization related to privacy, ensuring business units have process in place to comply with regulatory obligations
- Enhance our privacy and CASL processes

**What you’ve got**:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of privacy management, including technical knowledge of compliance and risk oversight
- CIPP-C or equivalent designation within 12 months of commencing role
