**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the parts department**
- ** Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase overall sales**
- ** Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships**
- ** Collaborate with the service and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience**
- ** Lead, motivate, and inspire the parts team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service**
- ** Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement**
- ** Collaborate with other departments to foster a cohesive and customer-centric dealership environment**
