**Title**:Customer Care and OAs (Owners’ Associations) Administrator
**Location**: Calgary and surrounding areas

**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Customer Care, as the **Customer Care and OAs (Owners’ Associations) Administrator** you will perform administrative support to assigned OAs delivering excellent customer service to the membership and Boards to fulfill their governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating front-end OA set-up including the incorporation of the association and preparation/registration of encumbrances.
- Coordinating communications with legal offices, builders, and owners, ensuring accurate conveyance of OA Encumbrance Fees owing.
- Organizing monthly OA reporting.
- Assisting in compiling accurate databases of owners for annual fee payment.
- Collecting and processing fee payments (via cheque, debit, and credit card), reporting to Qualico Accounting any discrepancies or concerns, and assisting with accounting procedures relative to A/R and A/P, including recording payments and bank deposits.
- Updating all Discover Q records accordingly.
- Performing administrative and customer support tasks, including planning of Board Meetings/AGM’s/Turnover Committee Meetings and assisting in improving the administrative systems used by the OAs.
- Assisting with OA communications and training sessions with builder groups, ensuring that relevant OA member forms are completed.
- Supporting the coordination and execution of OA events.
- Staying informed about legislative changes affecting OAs, continuously creating, implementing, and improving policies and procedures regarding governance.

**Essential Requirements**
- High school Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint).
**Preferred Requirements**
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting Owners’ Associations is a strong asset.
- Experience with Non-Profit Sector is an asset.
- Understanding of Legislative Best Practices or Public Policy is an asset.

**Work Conditions**
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
