As an **Estimator**, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing estimation of new projects, purchasing, administration, cost control, supplier and subcontractor coordination, communication, scheduling, pricing of change orders, financial ownership of your projects, establishing and managing client relationships
- You will oversee estimating throughout our company disciplines including but not limited to single family, townhome, and midrise developments
- Actively participate and contribute in estimating turnover, and pre-construction meetings.
- Support the project supervision by developing a strong working relationship with leadership and provide project execution guidance
- Act as liaison between ownership, site and third-party trade/suppliers
- Build and strengthen subcontractor and supplier relationships; draw and review contracts for scope, quality, cost, and timing
- Participate in construction meetings as required and to disseminate information to our workforce and subcontractors
- Provide technical support to site when required
- Provide financial reporting to management when required
- Provide support in invoice processing when required
- Provide creative solutions to supply chain interruptions
- Provide effective conflict resolution with trades/suppliers not fulfilling contract obligations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience estimating in a construction environment
- Ability to interpret site and building plans and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple jobs/builds simultaneously
- Results and solutions-oriented
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to work autonomously with frequent travel to site locations
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
