**POSITION**:Cook - Part time Seasonal

**LOCATION**:200 Invermara Court - Orillia

**DATE REQUIRED**:June 2023 (Mid Month)

**HOURS OF WORK**:4 days per week, which includes alternating weekends.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Prepare and cook full course lunch and dinner meals for serving in a dining hall setting. Preparation of individual meals based on dietary needs, when required. Knowledge and experience specific to preparing meals for groups of up 30. Assist with grocery shopping when required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
3 - 5 years of related cooking experience, supported by relevant post-secondary studies.

Baking experience would be considered an asset.

Ability to work well with others, possessing efficient, clean and well organized work habits.

Must possess thorough understanding of kitchen equipment, sanitation codes and WHMIS.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm and polite at all times.

Safe Food Handling Certificate required.

Able to work with minimum supervision and perform other duties related to food services, including shopping for food supplies.
