Electrical Apprentice

**Job Summary**
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians, working on a commercial project. This project is fast paced and has a fixed completion date. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, if required, would be an asset. Considerations will be made for work on future similar projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Use power and hand tools to measure, cut, bend, and install wiring
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of electrical systems, components and materials
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Commercial project experience an asset

**Must Have**:

- Own transportation
- Hand Tools & safety footwear

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $26.96-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- electrical: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
