**Compensation Range**:$23.14 - $30.67 / hourly

**What Will You Do?**
- Coordinate outbound LTL to and from all terminals.
- Plan and coordinate Line haul moves with operations staff at each terminal.
- Monitor load factor and scheduled departure times.
- Identify and prioritize freight movement based on Erb service schedule.
- Identify opportunities to take advantage of synergies with outside partners to reduce linehaul cost.
- Coordinate with operation, to reduce load count when possible.
- Ability to make changes to driver schedules to eliminate waiting time.
- Complete daily equipment reconciliation on a regular basis.
- All other duties as required.

**Ce que vous allez faire**:

- Coordonner les transports de lots brisés sortants à destination et en provenance de tous les terminaux.
- Planifier et coordonner les transports de ligne avec le personnel d'exploitation de chaque terminal.
- Surveiller le facteur de charge et les heures de départ prévues.
- Identifier et prioriser les mouvements de fret en fonction de l'horaire de service d'Erb.
- Identifier les possibilités de tirer parti des synergies avec des partenaires extérieurs pour réduire le coût des transports linéaires.
- Coordonner avec l'exploitation, afin de réduire le nombre de chargements lorsque cela est possible.
- Capacité à modifier les horaires des conducteurs afin d'éliminer le temps d'attente.
- Effectuer régulièrement le rapprochement quotidien
