Experienced Renovation Worker

We are seeking an experienced renovation worker with a variety of skills in framing, drywall installation, painting, carpentry, tiling, flooring and more. Must have skills in tiling

The successful applicant will have at least **10 years experience** in **residential** renovations. Although all skill levels will be considered, preference will be given to applicants with advanced varied skills in residential renovation. Must have own transportation and at least some basic hand tools. You will have full use of company tools on the job sites. **This is not an entry level position.**

Multi-Trade Building Services has been in business for over 30 years and has an established reputation and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will also be punctual, courteous with our clients, able to work individually and as part of a team, and have strong attention to detail.

All of our job sites are located within Durham Region. We work Monday to Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm. Vacation pay is included with each paycheque which is dispensed every other week. Company uniform is a company shirt (provided) and clean jeans or pants. We offer a very competitive and fair wage based upon your skill set and experience.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
