We are a team of independent beauty professionals located in Langford, BC. We are looking for a motivated and talented Eyelash Technician. Friendly personality, professional and customer service skills are required.

**Job description**:
This is a unique opportunity to be your own boss while working under the umbrella of a well established beauty studio. The vibe is that of a collective with a group of talented individuals working together to provide a high level of service to our patrons. The business has driven an abundance of Guests through the doors and now needs more individuals on board to take care of them.
Must have both volume and classic certifications.

Tiered Commission/Rental Structure

**Job responsibilities**:

- Open/closing duties
- Accepting payment
- Maintain a safe + sterile work environment
- Managing your own clientele with a high standard of care

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in eyelash extensions
- Must hold a valid certificate
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance
- Reliability (must show up for scheduled appointments and must not cancel/reschedule guests frequently).
- Provides amazing guest experience
- Educates guests on lash extension health and maintenance
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Does meticulous/well isolated work
- Invite guests to book follow up appointments
- Provide hospitality to all members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $300.00-$600.00 per day
