**In this role you will be**:

- Working alongside a construction crew or independently to meet scheduling goals and meet or exceed client expectations
- Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards
- Maintaining integrity with crew members and sub trades to ensure project targets are achieved
- Attending and providing input at project meetings with the site superintendent, and proactively identifying solutions to support the project
- Working with the onsite crew to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, and schedule target
- Managing receivership, storage and protection of materials
- Ensuring all Sitka Coast Construction crew members and subcontractors are communicating with customers in a professional and appropriate manner
- Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and corporate culture
- Maintaining clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites

**Skillset required**:

- Highly skilled carpenter with at least 3 years experience in residential renovations
- Have a diverse skillset that includes
- Framing
- Window & door install
- Interior trim and finishing
- Exterior finishing & envelope detail
- Formwork
- An understanding of trades scopes to best work with & assist them
- Apprenticeship or Red seal certificate or equal industry experience

**Salary**: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
