Windshield Installer

We are currently seeking an experienced Windshield Installer to join our team at Magnum Tint & Glass. As a leading provider of automotive services, we take pride in delivering high-quality windshield replacement and repair services to our customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Install windshields and other automotive glass in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
- Inspect damaged windshields and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement
- Remove and dispose of old or damaged windshields
- Ensure proper fitting of windshields and perform necessary adjustments if required
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with glass and related materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions regarding windshield installation
- Order windshields & supplies and receive deliveries as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Windshield Installer, preferably in an automotive repair or glass installation setting
- Strong knowledge of windshield installation techniques and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy windshields and equipment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours, as needed

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
