Mixologist

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable about the ingredients used in drinks and the effects of alcohol on the body.
- Understand proper sanitation and safety protocols.
- Create new drink recipes and cocktails.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- serving: 5 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
