Slitter Operator

**Position Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the designated shift supervisor, the Slitter Operator will be responsible for all aspects of operation on the duplex score-knife slitter used for converting jumbo rolls of adhesive tape into smaller rolls.

**Qualifications**

**1) **Grade 12 education

**2) **3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast moving dynamic manufacturing environment.

**3)** Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing (minimum of 80% required on testing)

**4) **Ability to work days and nights on a rotating 12-hour schedule

**Compensation Package**:

- Rate of Pay: $21.92 to $23.85 per hour
- RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP contribution after 672 hours of employment
- Group Benefits: Company paid comprehensive medical and dental benefits after 672 hours of employment.
