We’re seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and natural-born leader for our full-time Salon Manager position. Operationally, they will be the key to cultivating a positive and high performing working environment by leading a highly motivated team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations
- Hire and train technicians and salon coordinators
- Manage employee work schedule
- Lead our team by building meaningful relationships with the team, prioritizing effective communication and handling any issues in a timely manner
- Manage the customer experience by ensuring the studio and customer service meets brand standards
- Oversee inventory levels and budget
- Lead our growing membership program
- Support with special projects and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrates a high degree of teamwork
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Exhibit flexibility, adaptability and problem solving skills especially when navigating ambiguous or new situations
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong planning and time management skills to ensure optimum effectiveness
- 3 years of studio, spa or customer service work experience
- Evenings and weekends with flexible hours is a must
