**IT Project Manager 2 (PMO and Project Controls)**

Annual salary: $ 124,200.00 - 157,100.00

**What you'll do**
- The Senior PMO Advisor will be a key member of the Project Controls, QA and Support team.- Reporting to the Technology Project Controls, QA and Support Manager, advises Project Managers on all aspects of the

IT Delivery Standard Practices framework and Project Management Guidelines for Technology Projects.- Oversees delivery of Technology projects, ensures compliance with the delivery framework, handles project escalations to

the PMO, and advises project teams on resolving project issues.- Advises Project Managers in tailoring of the delivery framework, verifies the project readiness for Gate Reviews and

supports the Project Managers at the Gate Review sessions.- Reviews project management deliverables such as business cases, project and change requests etc.
- Interfaces with external delivery organization’s Project Management Offices (System Integrators or Service Providers) as it

relates to delivery of Technology projects.- Participates in the creation and delivery of the Annual Quality Assurance Plan. Conducts project QA reviews.
- Accountable for development of Executive level Project Delivery reporting.
- Contributes to the advancement of the delivery framework, development or enhancement of templates, standards, and

tools.- Provides advanced scheduling and estimating guidance to the Project Managers and ensures that project schedules are

of appropriate quality, and advanced regularly and are properly baselined.- Participates in the creation and delivery of internal PM community meetings/conferences to keep Project Managers

current on BCH and industry best practices related to Technology Project Delivery.

**What you bring**
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Project Management experience.
- A degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in delivering complex technology-enabled business projects.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in managing system integrators and service providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act decisively in critical situations and to prevent a potential
- problem.- Understanding of various Project Management methodologies and proven ability to effectively tailor them to the needs of

the assigned projects.- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an asset.
