Toronto, Canada Crown Food Service Equipment Full time

Printing sales order and Picking sheet from Sage.
- Checking and confirming the quantity of the parts before shipping it.
- Be able to read the drawing of the parts if necessary.
- Pick parts, pack them, create a shipping label using UPS software or other forms like FedEx and Purolator.
- Invoice the parts orders by the end of the day in SAGE. Scan and send it to our main AR.
- Work as a backup regarding paperwork and labels for Equipment shipments (SAGE).
- Backup up data entry on Parts order in (SAGE).
- Data entry of stock parts from stockroom and production in Excel sheet, follow ups.
- Assisting production staff for parts or tools that is needed.
- Assisting in loading and unloading skids of parts or equipment.
- Organizing parts with the right part number when received.
- Assisting in shipping and receiving if needed.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location
- Provide assistance or directions to plant workers.
- **Sage or other ERP system experience is an asset.**
**Previous experience in similar position.**
**General computer skills including Microsoft office.**
**Excel a must **_-

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
