**What you will be doing**:
The Content Marketing Writer and Strategist works on our consulting team to develop and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns for some of the largest IT vendors across the globe. This team member collaborates with internal staff, including Project Managers and Graphic Designers, to create copy for blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, eBooks, social media, video scripts, and more, while aligning messaging to client branding and voice. Prepare and send accurate client invoices and reports using 360 Systems
- Craft marketing strategies and messages that position clients as industry thought leaders.
- Maintain consistency with client branding and voice throughout all content pieces.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to incorporate feedback for high-quality and timely outputs.
- Edit content and provide constructive feedback to enhance the work of fellow writers.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost content visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to refine creative strategies for more effective engagement.
- Infuse empathy into all communications while upholding values of diversity and inclusion through language choices.
- Stay current with copywriting trends to ensure all written materials are fresh and engaging.
- Work collaboratively across departments within the organization.
- Oversee internal project management tasks, which may extend to client projects as needed.
- Spearhead the creation, management, and execution of projects both internally within the team and externally with clients.
- Organize collaborative meetings or sessions, effectively facilitating teamwork among stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for both internal team members and external audiences.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Degree/Diploma in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field, and/or 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high levels of creativity
- Knowledge of the IT and telecom industry and/or IT Channel (preferred)
- Experience as a copywriter or technical writer in an agency studio (preferred)
- Experience ghostwriting based on Subject Matter Expert interviews
- Experience with desktop publishing tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and/or graphic design experience is a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and HubSpot
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Ability to foster strong working relationships and collaborate with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, and other Writers
- Self-motivated/ able to problem-solve and produce deliverables with limited supervision.
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude, a good sense of humor, and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
