Prepare dough for traditional french pastry and bread
- Operate machinery
- Bake mixed dough's and batters
- Cut and shape dough's in traditional method
- Able to lift minimum 50lbs
- Ensure quality of products meets established standard
- Work well with others/team player
- Able to work night shift and weekends
- Knowledge of operating bakery oven is an asset
- Provide own transportation
**Salary**: $17.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Specialty bread/pastry: 3 years (preferred)
- Baking of Artisan Bread and Pastries: 3 years (preferred)
