**Experienced immigration lawyer wanted for rapidly growing consultancy firm. This is a work-from-home position.**
- Excellent writing and customer-service skills.
- Experience with commercial immigration, citizenship, sponsorships, express entry.
- Experience gathering information, creating a compelling argument based on immigration law and regulations - good storyteller.
- Liaising with clients required.
- Team player
- The job is a part-time contract - could lead to full-time.
- At least 2 years of experience in preparing immigration forms and submissions.
- Excellent knowledge of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations and policies and procedures of IRCC.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer and administration skills.
- Business Equipment and Computer Applications - Adobe Pro, MS Excel. MS Word. MS Office
- Superlative communication skills; excellent grammar and syntax.
- Fluency in English required
- French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
