**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians and fellow colleagues on drainage and plumbing repairs.
- Follow building code, blueprints and estimated work tasks.
- Respond to, diagnose and resolve drainage and plumbing emergencies.
- Conduct inspection of drainage and plumbing systems as required.
- Keep accurate records of timesheets, hand in all paperwork and complete all billing with detailed work description each day.
- Provide repair and upgrade estimates for customers when required.

Qualifications & Abilities:

- Qualification as a red seal plumber
- Drivers license with clean abstract
- Gas fitting ticket and back flow tester qualification an asset
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to assemble, build, and maintain plumbing systems
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques for pipe fitting and installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
