Looking for a Dental Receptionist for family dental clinic in the West Island. Part time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9am to 5pm.
- Very professional and kind dentists working with an amazing team of hygienists, assistants and other receptionists.
- _**Minimum 2 years experience **_as a dental receptionist.
- **Part-time position.**

**Tasks**:

- Welcoming patients
- Organizing clinic schedule
- Answering phone calls
- Knowledge of electronic transmission of insurance claims and of dental terminology
- Dental Software use
- Billing treatments

Nous recherchons une réceptionniste/secrétaire dentaire pour une clinique familiale situé à l'Ouest-de-l'Île. Lundi, Mardi, Mercredi, 9h00 -17h00.
- Dentistes très professionnels et gentils travaillant avec une incroyable équipe d’hygiénistes, d’assistants et d’autres réceptionnistes.
- _**Minimum 2 ans d'expérience**_ en tant que réceptionniste dentaire.
- **Poste à temps patiel.**

**Tâches**:

- Accueillir les patients
- Organiser l'horaire de la clinique
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques
- Connaissance de la transmission électronique des demandes d'assurance et de la terminologie dentaire
- Utilisation de logiciel dentaire
- Facturer les traitements

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
