**Job Description Summary**: En ce qui concerne les projets d'équipement, d'installations ou d'infrastructures destinés aux clients, il est responsable de la réalisation du projet, de la responsabilité des pertes et profits et de la satisfaction du client par la gestion des activités et des ressources liées au projet. Il dispose d'une certaine autonomie mais est guidé par des politiques établies ou par l'examen des résultats finaux.

As related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
- Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a job family group(s)/function(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in project management and project planning.
- Minimum of 5 years as lead planner on 2+ projects ensuring cost control on large turnkey projects
- Minimum of 2 years of in-depth domain knowledge of planning and using Primavera
- Must be fluent in French and English
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established EPC project management skills.
- Knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects
- Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects

**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Connaît les meilleures pratiques et la manière dont son propre domaine s'intègre aux autres ; est conscient de la concurrence et des facteurs qui la différencient sur le marché.
- Fait preuve d'un certain discernement et d'une certaine capacité à proposer des solutions différentes en dehors des paramètres établis pour traiter des processus de fabrication plus complexes avec une variété technique et/ou des cycles de production interdépendants.
